Shipping rates are applicable for US addresses. International orders contact us for a rate quote. If we do not hear from our international customers, we will adjust your shipping charge when we process your order. Please be advised that you may also be charged additional duties and customs when receiving your items.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards, Paypal, personal checks and money orders. There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. Your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared. Therefore, when paying by check, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in the original packaging and in new condition. A credit will be issued and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs. You must contact Primitive Star Quilt Shop within 5 business days of delivery. We will then work with you and issue a return number.
