What if I need to return all or part of my order?
At Primitive Star Quilt Shop we are confident that you will LOVE the quality and design of our quilted products, rugs, curtains and other home decor. We also know that sometimes you get your order and find out the colors don't match like you thought and it's just not what you were expecting. Every once it a while we find that an item arrives to our customers damaged. We want the opportunity to help you find exactly what you need to make your house a beautiful primitive country home so we make returns EASY for YOU! 


How do I get started with my return?
If you would like to return a product, please go to our Contact Us page and submit your information. We will get back with you to set up a return and send you prepaid return postage. We ask that you start this process within 7 days after you have received your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. 
Please keep any original product packaging to send back when you return. Items that have been laundered are not returnable. Everything must be returned in sellable condition.
