Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days and we do our best to make it happen even faster than that. If an item is out of stock or backordered, shipping times will vary and we will attempt to contact you with an estimated shipping time for those items.

Can I make a purchase using more than one visa gift card?
Yes you can. When checking out choose "Check or Money Order" then call us to make payment using your gift cards. Or, if you prefer, you can call us and place the whole order over the phone and pay that way as well.

When will my card be charged for my purchases?
When your order is submitted, your card is charged and payment is made. You are charged for all items at the time of checkout, including those that may be on back order and will ship separately.

What if I need to return all or part of my order?
At Primitive Star Quilt Shop we are confident that you will LOVE the quality and design of our quilted products, rugs, curtains and other home decor. We also know that sometimes you get your order and find out the colors don't match like you thought and it's just not what you were expecting. Every once it a while we find that an item arrives to our customers damaged. We want the opportunity to help you find exactly what you need to make your house a beautiful primitive country home so we make returns EASY for YOU!
How do I get started with my return?
Email or call us within 7 days of getting your package. Let us know the reason for your return. We will send you prepaid return postage.
